What will happen during an electrical inspection?

  • It all depends on what you are having tested. The electrician will check appliances and switches to ensure that there are no faults. They will make sure that all your switches are safe, your safety switch is operating correctly and then tell you what needs fixing.

    • Testing safety switches and identify if property meets current standards
    • If any electrical circuits is overloaded
    • Reveal electrical hazards and check ceiling space for insulation dangers
    • Identify non-compliant e.g. do it yourself home handyman work
    • Highlight any lack of bonding or earthing
